Does anyone know the stock fuel pressure for Vauxhall CE 20 (red top) engine? It's running Hyabusa Fuel injection which states 60psi (4.28bar) as a starting point which might be ok for bikes but seems high for a car reving to 6.8k.............between 3 and 3.5bar was my thoughts?

From memory the c20 130bhp ran a 2.5 - 3 bar reg , I will check on EPC on the morrow.

Although if the engine is yet to be mapped the fuel pressure is not that critical as the mapper will select a fuel pressure suitable for the flow rate of the injectors being used and the max power achieveable from the engine spec.

Cheers
John.

It's the Hyabusa Fuel injection that concerns me....i guess the only way to know for sure is to put it on the rollers and hook up the AFR

Checked on Auto Data today 2.0-2.2bar with Vac 2.8 without Vac, Its going on the Rollers next week to check AFR and maybe tweak the Map if needed.
