I wondered why when there are alternative dates at Wiscombe!

In the Sprint Championship we are less fortunate when it comes to compiling a calendar for if we want to go to a particular venue (e.g. Mallory Park) then we have to take the date offered by the circuit management. All that the Championship Co-ordinator can then do is try to manipulate the other dates to provide gaps.

Just reviewing this and begining to plan the season. The final Doune date is listed as 19/20 Sept in the original post, but is 26/27 Sept on the LCC website.

As I said in post #5 it was published "on the basis that all of the following are provisional and subject to change".

I'm meeting the Championship Coordinator on Monday afternoon so there may be more news then, but he has told me during the autumn that one date on the provisional list is likely to change
