Yiou could either look up the various videos on youtube or go to the Hillclimb school now operating there.

Ideally do both as then you would have an idea of which way the hill goes before you drive it

Hi Dave,

Walked the hill many times and watched at many locations, biting the bullit and going for it in a few weeks time, (hope nobody is watching. LOL).

Hi Mark,

Noted, hope to spend a bit of time behind the wheel, before doing for real.

(Sure Phil & Kieth will be at hand, if only to have a giggle or two) LOL.

(Then of course theres Mick H)

It will be easy John.

Ease into practice, ponder where to save time, give it a bit of wellie and progress every time.
Nobody will be watching, honest.
Nobody will giggle, honest, but racers are a bunch of fibbers!

It will be life-changing!

Have fun, its a challenging but great hill!

Don't do this...Lawnmowing

or this...Flying

This is the best I've been able to manage...Sept 2009

My thoughts...
- First complex is a bit fiddly just needs a few runs to figure out where to go faster. Start that one gently as the time will come.
- Cedar "straight" needs good exit speed on the right-left after triangle
- Good time can be made by braking late at the top of the hill (right at the top) but it scares the c#$p out of me.
- Be careful with museum.

Matt
