If, as someone mentioned above that a convertible roof was available then I reckon you're ok for fitting a rear wing (aka spoiler/diffuser/splitter). In terms of how you measure the height reference the rear window that's a different issue!

Looking at the picture of the Westy, I know see what you were on about Graeme!

It's all down to interpretation - just make it easily removable if someone whinges about it.....
