Class C Tyres

Been off the scene for a bit and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the best tyres to have for Class C on my road going Morgan. Are Kumho still the thing to have, if so, any idea what model /spec to ask for.

I think something like ' skoodo stunners' or something like that are one option. I use toyo on my elise and grip is good (very good in the wet)f or a road tyre. If I were you I'd ask BMTR as they should know best considering size and weight etc.

Scudo Stunners are marked * in the Blue Book so they will be out at the end of the year. I'm told that Marangoni Zeta linea are made by another branch of the same company using a similar compound they are 1A list.

Don't forget that from 2010 List 1A tyres will not be part of the MSA Regulations for Road Going. However there is nothing to stop any championship specifying List 1A as mandatory for Road Going as that would be an acceptable additional condition.

Steve, forgive me if I am being thick, "from 2010 List 1A tyres will not be part of the MSA Regulations for Road Going" are you saying that list 1a goes completley for roadgoing - not just the asterixed tyres? If so, presumably any road legal tyre will do.
