I think that the MoCr offset from the DPMP2006 system might be of some use.

The last key I have is for July which I got from the good ship Lauenberg. However, without August and Septembers keys I cannot fully decipher this edition of MAC News.
From the limited cipher information that I have, it appears that Martin Groves will be driving a 1925 3 litre Bentley saloon at October Shelsley and that Scott Moran will be in Mr Dennis Poore's ex-Hans Ruesch Tipo 8C-35 Alfa.

Interesting how interpretation can differ from cypher station to cypher station.
Upon applying the 'bombe' alluded to by Codemaster Hasta from Hut 5 the results I obtained were as follows - Terry Grainger will be driving the Youngs Gould for the 1st time whilst reigning champion Martin Groves is taking part in a Classic run stopping en route to play Bass Suzaphone in a Trad Jazz band before taking part in the final runoff. Raymond Mays will lead a parade of Championship winning cars from the last 60 years of the Water Mill Challenge. |

Further deciphering has produced the following -

Is this supposed to make any sense to us 'normal' humans?

Actually it makes more sense that the 'drifting forum' I was reading last week.

I assume that the Raymond Mays reffered to is some old bloke the MSA have dug up?
