Hi Chris
Interested in the 26r front wishbones when you find them. May also be intersted in the race exhaust but could do with more info - does it run between the engine and the chassis rails and below the floor level or is it routed differently. (a photo may help) Many thanks Gavin |

Elan manifold.
Hi Gavin, The manifold runs over the outside of the chassis and thro, the passenger compartment, over the floor and out thro, the sill and down the side of the sill.It would mean cutting away bulkhead parts.I do not think many people would like to do that to an Elan these days. OK in the old days with Modsports cars. You struggle to get a decent manifold to fit in the proper location of an Elan.Hope this helps, Regards, Chris..

Wheels.
Sadly, I have no idea what they will fit.Someone said that they thought they would fit a Pilbeam. All I know is that they have 6 holes for the peg drives on the car,s hubs. These are set at 3-1/2" PCD. They are 5-7/8" from the inside working face to the very inside of the rim.I believe they are BBS.16 bolt split rims.272mm across the pcd of the 16 bolts.Ihope this helps you! Regards, Chris..
