Diary dates for epynt 2009
Brecon Motor Club will organise 2 hillclimbs on Epynt in 2009, the dates are:

24th May

21st June

Both are in the ACSMC & WAMC Chanpionships and the June event is part of the TVR series. We are awaiting confirmation of one other championship for May. More news as we get it.

It's in the events calendar for the Westfield Sports Car Club this year so it looks like it will be popular again.

One point to note from last year:
Camping at the venue on the Saturday night is not allowed because of the active military ranges. There was a horsey place you could stay at nearby in their car park for a small fee but the road to it was a bit steep and narrow for trailers.

For those travelling up the night before, motorhomes, tents etc is there an alternative place to stay, i.e. a flat field with some facilities / hot shower / toilet etc?

Or maybe someone has a list of recommended accommodation in the area? Just a thought

We are looking into a possible place to camp, there will be toilets but possibly not showers.

Took part last year but probably won't be able to this year as both dates are right in the middle of my exams.
