Its the Escort Mk2 Hydraulic clutch pedal box from Rally Design. Just needs a few tiny mods to fit in the Fiesta. The cable clutch version also fits.

Pics of the conversion are on my website. Use the google search on the home page.

Fitted the Titan TB's on permanently last night. I've used silicone compound on the face of the TB's where they mate to the cylinder head, to avoid any air-leaks, and to hold the o-rings in place whilst being fitted.

I've obtained a copy of the Cosworth Duratec CSR260 build manual, and that shows the step-by-step guide on how to fit the Titans, which is fortunate, as with most bolt on bits, they never came with any instructions. Why do manufacturers do that?

Fitted the rad and the trumpets last night. I really really need to get the driveshaft ordered (3 week lead time) so I'll get the output cup removed from the box this evening.

Graham - Can you lower your rad anymore? I would be worried with the amount of heat that close to the air path?

You looking at fitting an airbox?

Can't lower the rad, its already on the bumstops.

Contemplating fabricating a plenum chamber, but will stick with itg foam filter initially.

Rad won't affect the air temp when moving forwards, but there may be some convection when queuing with the engine running. Air temp sensor is adjacent to trumpets so ecu will compensate when car is static.
