Harewood new pb 68.33s, & quicker in every sector. Yeah.
One more timed run to come. Would like to get in the 66's.

Sorry didn't get to see you, we were on a reduced lunch break due to the incident earlier.
Certainly sounded great and seemed to be going ok past us, come back soon and try again.

Practice accident delay plus a lot of minor incidents lost us the third timed run. A lot of PBs but only one new class record for the cars plus one for the motorbikes.

It was very windy and there was a big drop in temperature both on the top of the hill and trackside. However some very interesting battles and some equally interesting cars.

By the time batch 5 were allowed out for the final runs it was really cold on the track abd decidedly less traction on the hill. I went slower but was still happy with the pb.

Then the Subaru refused to start and I had 10 minutes of panic trying to work out what was wrong. I think the battery in the key needs replacing.

Then after starting the subaru, some over zealous marshal insisted I exit the top paddock in the subaru, only after completing a full lap of the top paddock as there was a strict one way system. It spoiled an otherwise ok day for me. I complied, but was disappointed with my treatment. I cant see it happening to Les or anyone else. The meeting was over and I was parked in bay #157. I was able to drive straight out, but had to go all the way round the empty paddock. If there is a one way system, don't pull the wooden stakes out until everyone has gone home.

Just saying.

It wasn't me, but I'll apologise for the marshal. Sorry, but the one way system operates from the paddock opening till the meeting has finished so competing cars returning to their bays don't meet tow vehicles head on due to not being able to see round trailers or parked cars. Not sure where you were parked as bays move around commesurate with entries, so #157 may be 10 bays away from where it is next meeting, or it could be completely round the other side. And be assured if Les or any of the other regulars tried it they'd get the same treatment.
