They are like
From memory as my copy is in a box in the loft since the house move an A5 ish cardboard cover lots of pages b/w photos covering the main events of the year full of info . nice but probably made redundant as Speedscene became the magazine for Hills and Sprints . but this is the only one I have seen I got it in a s/h bookshop

There were 2 Robin Boucher books. Both very good and I have them in my collection.
The A5 sized one "The Hillclimb & Sprint Yearbook 1965" and "Drive It, The Complete Book of Hillclimbing & Sprinting" which was published in 1977. |

The "Drive It!" was OK but there was a striking sameness about the photos. I have a couple of copies in my library and again I am always on the look out for them in second hand book shops as many of my friends don't have copies! Speedscene did make the Yearbook concept redundant and I suspect the poor sales of the "Hillclimb & Sprinting Drive It!" meant that Haynes were put off hillclimb & sprinting books for good!

1965! It's a fair cop there Steve, I did of course mean 1985 as you well know.

I must get the name of his PR firm sometime, BSR. For a bloke with a new book on release he isn't showing signs of reading " How To Win Friends and Influence Future Purchasers"

Didn't stop them publishing the very excellent "The Shelsley Walsh Story: A Century of Motorsport" authored by Simon Taylor, a must for every enthusiasts bookshelf. .
