Log booking

I need to get my Aries Locost Log-booked. It's a new build that's never been registered on the road.

Does anyone know of a helpful scrutineer in the south that could do this for me or offer advice on how to do this?

Ive always got my cars log booked at meetings,when the scrutineers have done ,ie lunchbreak,they give you a recipt for your money and this covers you for about a month till the full log book arrives
