I've just heard that, in view of the increased cost of fuel in recent times, Hagley & District Light Car Club are increasing their contribution to marshals' expenses to £10 per day (still with a free lunch).

I'm not going to get into a 'chicken and egg' argument. We need each other.

Its nice to get another couple of quid but it really isn't going to make that much difference to me.
