I heard about the snow in Wales and near Nuneaton RT... Didn't realise it had snowed in Nottingham too!!

Anyone know what time Richard Spedding got in the first run off? Resultsman doesn't show it. I think he was 8th when I quickly saw Steve W's list but I'm really not sure. Thanks.
