Only way that will happen is a greatly reduced entry and a greatly increased entry fee...

I suspect that the event regs will have to reflect that and it may be impossible to add an extra practice run on Sunday morning should there be the time available.

Cetainly the income generated by the entry fees would have to increase as the numbers deminished. Again this would have to be pre-planned and would not happen if the event regs didn't allow for it.

I'm very bias of course, but it was a nice meeting even if very frustrating for me and several others with sever mechanical probs. So wanted to see the Scottish Evo storm the hill, and see if the aero on Kieth's Audi would be upset by the vicious head wind..

It must have been a headwind; why else was i stuck in the 60 point somethings, 2 secs off my pb last year!!

7 runs was down to a drop in entries for sure, but we certainly had a good weekend out of it!

I had some v nice chats and some comments on the car, and wanted to buy two other cars there!

Great relaxed meeting with no bodily accidents.

Graham.

Excellent weekend - despite a damp Sunday practice.
Was really good to get the 4 practices on Saturday - shame I threw one of them away! Looking at the splits to that point I was on for a good PB!
Anyway, still managed a good second off my best OMS time.

Headwind up Cedar was quite noticeable with serious buffeting.

Thanks to all for a well organised event, good banter in the paddock.

Shame that Geoff Tremlow didn't make it, that Donald broke his twin charge Evo and that Chris's Jedi broke and didn't allow him the chance to chase down Alex.

Good on Alex for getting into the firs runoff with a 1000cc car - well done!

Steve

Despite the broken gearbox i still had a great weekend. 4 runs on Saturday was good seat-time for me but a lack of power(!!!) meant i had to push harder to get close to last year's PB and so learned a lot about the car and track over those 4 runs.

Here's my last run from Saturday 55.56s: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvfZ6Y5q2FU

I left early on Sunday so i could use the time in the evening to get the turbo off and sent away for repair early Monday. I needed all the time to ensure it's back on the car for Shelsley and took the decision to head up the road at lunchtime.

Great banter and nice to meet new faces again.

See you all at Shelsley!
