Nemesis HC92

FOR SALE

Nemesis HC 600cc

This car has been the perfect introduction into hillclimbing, and would make a great first single seater to someone new to the sport or changing from one of the other classes.
The car was COMPLETELY stripped, repainted and rebuilt prior to the 2010 season, (full photos avaliable) and nearly everything rebuilt or replaced. The car won it's class in both the Leaders and Midland Championships in 2010, and holds a number of HSA class records. It was only lightly used in 2011 due to work commitments.

Aluminium honeycomb tub
Brand new 2 way adjustable AVO dampers all round
Brembo front brakes, AP rears (inboard) all with new pads and adjustable bias
Tuned Honda CBR engine, ported head, running on Kehlin flatslides. Recently dyno tested with full data sheets
Carbon front wing and flaps from Force Racing cars. Brand new front crash box made by Ian Dayson
Carbon rear wing and flap and custom-made mounting by Bill Chaplin - all fully adjustable
Limited slip diff
Brand new driveshafts and hubs, new chain etc
Brand new aluminium radiator from Force Racing Cars
Brand new custom made fuel tank and other work done by Forge Motorsport
Fully re-wired prior to 2010 season, new battery June 2011
Set of slicks and good wets on very light dymag wheels
Full set up by Ian Dayson & full setup sheets

This is a VERY lightweight and competative car, which has been well developed and is totally reliable and fantastic to drive. There is still further scope if you wish. Full support is avaliable from the car's builder Jo White, and Ian Dayson and Bill Chaplin both also know the car well.

There are loads of pictures on Rich Danby's excellent site - zipp.co.uk

£7,500

This sounds a great, neat car with lots of nice features. I am surprised no one has snapped it up yet.

me too James. For that money you also get inboard brakes with multi-setting bias, and new belts (1 season).

Did I also mention the car is comfortably under 270kg?

The car also won it's class in the 2011 Leaders Championship.

I met Rob this summer at the Shelsley Walsh event (I used to drive rallies in Sweden) and was fortunate enough to sit in this car and be talked through it. A very nicely built thing and well driven too - plenty of commitment round the lower part of the hill looking at my film (if just a little sideways!) I was sorting my photographs and videos of the event only last weekend.

Would love to buy it, and as previous posters have said, this seems incredible value. But I've nowhere to keep it. What are you buying next Rob, another single seater? Are you staying in hillclimbing?
Best of luck with the sale.

Car still available. All ready to just switch on and go next season. Needs nothing. You won't go faster for less; great value.
More than happy to offer assistance at the purchaser's first few events...

Anyone who is 'hovering' about getting into single seaters because maybe you've never sat in one or driven one - TRY THIS CAR!!
Maybe you think you'll never get the hang of a single-seater. Well, by the end of your first weekend you'll be amazed at your times and ability at getting the hang of it. SERIOUSLY!
I bought my first single-seater (Jedi) in 2007 having never driven one before. I can tell you that they are the best value cars to run in hillclimbing.
The Nemesis is a great car at a VERY good price.
I have no interest in this car, but I can tell you that it is a seriously good machine and will provide the new owner with a fabulous season's motorsport.
If you're 'thinking-about-it', go and buy it instead!

David Condon.

Still for sale.

Covered Brian James Clubman also for sale by separate negotiation (fits in a single garage). Get the whole lot for £8500 and I'll even throw in a quick lift jack. That is everything you need to go racing next season. Where else could you get a Leaders Championship class winning car over the past 2 seasons, plus spares, plus moulds, plus optional trailer, for that price?!

Any chance?

Would you consider a part exchange on a BHC dance ticket for a quick sale? Ticket waiting. Yours " a hinger on"
