The recent news from SW contains a bit of an error.

It implies that the water mill project is the responsibility of the MAC, which is not strictly true.

The mill and adjacent buildings are leased to the Shelsley Water Mill Society, a registered charity that is independent of the MAC. Most, but not all, of the Society's members are also members of the MAC. It is the Society and not the MAC that has restored the mill to working order and continues to operate the mill as an independent attraction.
