The trip back home is usually expresso in the extreme. Left Doune at 6:50 pm within 10 mins of Scott returning to the bottom of the hill and ws home at 11:40 pm.

Probably clutch slipping, or a brake binding.....

IMO if he could get the starting line issues sorted and stop the gearbox sh1tting itself every third or fourth run, with some decent track time it could be the fastest hillclimb car ever seen.

Iranoff it will be the fastest ever hillclimb car mate .

Well iranoff the team were ready to change to broken selector and had all the parts ready and the taillift in the lorry ready aswell but jnr said no . HE Wanted to check wot broke the selector so Decided against fixing at doune .

Yes, I know, that's exactly what he told me, didn't want to risk damaging it again.

The pace he had on Saturday and in his one class run on Sunday had me thinking he was on for a win.

Orange as finally found me a connection up here in the trossacks. It will be the fastest hillclimb car. Mom's already washed and ironed the shirt.
