Yeah - it's hard to believe that it is four seasons since I sold my Hawke....

I have managed a little more progress on the Royale as it is almost pleasantly warm in the garage and light in the evenings.

I have finished fabricating the exhaust and headers.

I have also fabricated new wishbones and radius rods for the rear suspension.

The rear suspension mounting points had to be moved inboard to accomodate 10" wide rear wheels (and still be able to get the car onto the trailer).

I could use rims with a bit deeper backspace (currently 110mm although I think 130mm would fit) -- but I would need deeper pockets to afford different rims.

Next I need to fit the rear anti-roll bar and replace the old rod ends and bolts on the rear suspension.

I can now cut and weld a pair of Mini/Royale driveshafts.

Hi Russell - I decided that it would be better to stay at home and get on with a few of the projects in the garage (you may have noticed that I was running out of space).
