Raptor progress

Just been making the body work and wings for the Raptor. This is me got my oven up and going now.
Pictures of side pod 1.1kg and rear floor just under 3kg, they have still to be trimmed. They were made out of e-glass pre-preg, not as strong as carbon but very light and a fraction of the cost of carbon.

GWJ how is the raptor going and what size engine is going in it.Are we going to see you at shelsley on the 31st,and if so what in your imp or the pred i hope.

thats the tub made, just making the mould for the seat back, but very happy with things so far, a few more weeks should have it ready. its a 1600 busa

Going to be red then,will be intresting to see it up against other bike engined cars ,is this for your self or has somebody asked you to build one for a another person.

Didnt get it to Doune the wrong rodends came so nothing to hold the wheels on, but looking like a car now, i`m well pleased.

At least the rear wing made it up the hill in one piece!
