Scammonden 22nd May
2 practice & 9 runs - good value, but first practice was under a fierce hailstorm.
Bailing out in the paddock followed by a day of sunshine and showers. times were down of course, but most stayed on the black stuff most of the time. BTDBTDBTD went to Ian Medcalfs Fiat 500 "Mighty Mouse" in 28.62 - I told him he is currently being mention in dispatches, and he's promised to call in on the forum. I live only 1.5 miles from the hill, and yes you've guest it, we finished at 3.30 at the tail end of yet another shower and it's been blue skys & sunshine ever since! |

I'm glad that you all had a great day. 9 runs. Excellent value yet again. Congrats to Ian. A wonderfully prepared car that is a delight to see.
I am sorry that I had to withdraw at the last minute. |

Congrats to Ian. Think it shows you only need 2 things to be successful: a car that works properly & a driver that works properly.

Sorry to hear you've had further problems Craig, this isn't a re-occurence of what ailed the OMS at Harewood is it?

Andy, is that a pseudonym for Raptor or has Craig done himself a mischief heaving on the quicklift? ![]() Richard

No, the "Rapture" was the supposed end of the world the other night

I didn't meet my maker so will repair the car in readiness for the next outing at Barbon.
