Sounds like we have a guaranteed four-some & maybe more if we get the catering right.

Others who might consider a go could include those who:

Have just built a fabulous car & want to try it without the glare of publicity;
Are short on seat-time;
Are looking for an objective reference point for their on-board telemetry; & of course;
Are masochists.

Contact Rod Brereton on 01282 859103. You can also email him on pdmc 'at' clara.co.uk
I have spoken to him today. The July timing issues seem to be resolved.

Re: Scammonden Sun 24th Oct

If anyone is interested in this event and has not yet put in an entry then can they show their support by posting to this thread. We can give Rod Brereton of Pendle DMC an idea of whether this event is viable. Numbers are currently very low so if you are interested then a) please let us know via this forum, b) get an entry to Rod Bererton asap.

PM me if you need regs.

Regards,
Craig Powers

Tripe and onions then, that'll sway it. No whippets allowed on the Dam to keep within MSA rules.

Seriously though, hope you get some more entries to keep this hill in existence.
Come on everyone, last hillclimb opportunity of the year, Roll up.

Entry levels will be assessed on 11th Oct. The regs suggest 30 as a minimum entry so we need to get quite a bit of support.

Currently basking in 90 degrees and high humidity. This playboy lifestyle is getting tedious. Who needs Daytona when you can have Scamm.? Be nice to meet you Red..

I might have entered but hate it when im not in one of the invited clubs, I think the HSA should be invited to every thing, job done.

check that members of the ANWCC aren't invited because the HSA is now a member of this regional association.
