If it was the one shown before the recent F1 GP, they only showed the autotest in the paddock and a little bit of trialling in the car park. Nothing on the Sacred Mountain or Hillclimbing.

Its not the same piece Paul.
Different Production Company, different programme. Claire Balding and James Wong are the presenters. A certain very successful hillclimber and forum member scares the sh1te out of James Wong in the Jaguar XF-R course car in what was believed to be about a 40 second run.

This is a different one with Clare Balding etc. We are supposed to be getting 7 minutes of action.

Countryfile this coming Sunday. Clare Balding drives a Morgan Aero8 up the hill with Simon Durling in the passenger seat. All filmed on the Friday before the last meeting.
Having spent the day watching the chaos that is modern programme making it will be interesting to watch the result. The highlight of the day was Clare Balding explaining that she had locked her keys in the boot of her own Jaguar XK which then sounded the alarm and popped the boot open again. It really was that exciting!

Modern program making is a nightmare. I made it through to the Masterchef rounds a couple of years ago and did 13 hours of filming for one 25 minute program.

Seeing as TopGear has finished, I may as well tune in.

It's that or the X Factor, now there's a choice.
