Shelsley Walsh August 2010
Hi Guys,
I will be travelling to the UK from Malta next week and will be coming to watch the Shelsley event on the 21st/22nd. Really looking forward to the event and looking forward to meeting a lot of you guys there. I have booked accomodation for the weekend at Mosley Farm which I found through the Shelsley website, any of you guys staying there aswell? Any tips on the best places to watch from?? Anyway, I look forward to meeting you all and I'll try and bring along our sunny weather with me! Cheers, Josh.

Look forward to seeing you, Josh.
As regards the best vantage point, well the whole hill has pluses from all points be it from a walk round the paddock, watching in the enclosure alongside and above the Start line, the bank at Kennel, the stands at Crossing, the Kink just above Members Tent and most famously the enclosure at Bottom Ess. You'll understand once you get there. Enjoy it and don't forget to stop and say hello.

Good to hear you are coming Josh.
Fireblade has covered the vantage points, Before I got involved in other stuff at the venue I used to like the view from Bottom Ess where they are coming head on at you. You wont have any problem spotting me after all the pics that have been posted on here. Look forward to seeing you.

Also drop into the Start line hut and say hello to the timekeeping team . Looking forward to meeting you Josh, can only endorse the above comments. A good place to be on Saturday night could be at the Pimm's bar, bring your own meat for the barbie and follow the smoke.

If you want to see some serious low speed torque have a look at the watermill during the lunch break. We'll never get it up the hill though.

All sounds very good guys, I've made a note of all the things that you've all mentioned above.....most important of all being at bottom ess for a bacon butty!!! Sounds great!
Iranoff I have no idea what you like, shall I ask for you at the timing hut or just look near the food stall and see whos hogging all the pies????? Devon thanks for the recomendation, is that within the Shelsley site itself with a common BBQ? Will anyone have their MRS. there with them? My girlfriend will be with me aswell and you know how they get when you start talking about cars!!! Well in all fareness the trip to the UK is actually her birthday present which I conveniently managed to plan around the Shelsley weekend!
