Get yourself some 4mg asda nicotine lozenges instead. Gave up 3 wks ago (got a diff to pay for). 1 - already 200 quid better off. 2 - real ale tastes 100 better. Win win!

Hey Ho, I can beat that. I was doing 40 + Lamberts every day, and on todays prices, that has got to be £100 per week, went to see the Doc who put me on Zyban tablets. I stopped after 2 weeks of them, but completed the months course and that was 12 years ago. I could kill for a ciggy on occasions, but it's paid for a month in France every year since, win, win double win...
