Its easy just have to apply to bring it in
10 percent GST

Who values it for the tax? Couple of other questions :- do you have to have an onboard fire ex. system and and, sounds silly, but reverse gear?

Reverse gear isn't required for hillclimbs and circuit sprints, a fire extinguisher is, but not a plumbed system. I'll leave the tax query to H&R Block
