Depends how much all the batteries would weigh? Should be simple enough to wire up though. One of the factory Porkers uses electric motors to effectively give it 4WD, by driving the front wheels, but thats a full on KERS system from what I read.

Mind you, Mr Turpins 1840cc Nova got up the hill in 56s with just FWD, so if I could match that with FWD, I'd be more than happy.

I'll spend the money on the flat shift kit, and some wider tyres instead. And the adjustable strut shouldn't cost too much to develop

The Agni motors are easy to wire up if you go controller-free. Just accept that it's either full power or no power, which is fine for such moderate power increases. These lithium packs give enough juice to max out an Agni motor, although you'll need two packs to get the voltage. You could go for a pair of 6S and a pair of 5S in series for a little more voltage if you liked. Either way, it's about 3kg of batteries. The Justy axle will cause more weight gain, I bet. I doubt it'd be worth it without dumping in a lot of power or using a gearbox.

How about a proper kinetic energy device . a large fly wheel that can be clutched in at the start . Or there must be some sort of trebouchet device that would have the same effect.

Not sure I fancy the idea of a massive flywheel spinning at high speed in close proximity to me. There's great potential in the number of cycles it could effectively do without damage, but I fear the power density is not as high as lithium. That's why Williams reverted to lithium batteries after they demonstrated their Flybrid system. Porsche used the flywheel version effectively, but that's because they were running it for 24 hours at the Nurburgring, which is a bit different to 24 seconds at Shelsley.
