Val Des Terres Cavalier

Does anyone have any info on the Cavalier Sri car 814 that competed at Val Des Terres ?

It looks like a mod prod car or could it be a sand car ??

Just interested as like myself it isn't the conventional choice of car for speed eventing

Does anyone know if there are any other Vectra's competing ?? as this Cavalier is the closest I have come across so far

PS : I welcome sarky comments - I'm used to it !!

Thanks

Leight

It was in the Sand Racer class 15, described as "All Trim Cavalier". Driver Shaun Leigh.

Thanks

I sort of guessed it might be a sand car as i don't think it has any glass in it apart from the screen ??

I love the format that seems to exist over there - a British championship event that has anything and everything running in it

it's great

If anyone knows Shaun Leigh ask him if he'd like to PM me - I'd love a chat

Lightweight Cavalier

He was a nutter. That's all the info I have.

There are some pictures on the gallery on 2T4T.

Seems to have a windscreen, but bugger all else.

You are correct, only the screen was still installed.

There must be some member of this forum who knows a route to contact Shaun Leigh.

Who needs sills and rear arches? They just add weight!

Was going very well considering!
