Wanted: CBR600 FM engine

Hi,
My engine decided that green wasn't his colour at the weekend, and a repair isn't going to happen before Prescott.

Does anyone have a CBR 600 FM engine to sell? Or does any of the bike experts on here know any other F series engine that has the same mountings etc?

I've got a CBR 600, don't know what 'F' it is, but it was running OK when removed from my Jedi 4 years ago and has been buried under usual garage debris ever since.

I don't suppose you've got a GSX R1000 gearbox?

I'm in Somerset (The farthest bit from you).

Might be worth speaking to Pittville Motorcycles, they may well have contacts.

I am sure that they are all the same crank cases up to the FX model.
