The most time i lose is off the line just keep stopping the vid and you can see, i`m a good second down by the exit of the first corner( thats far too much time to be giving away) caught up a lot of time on the lower half though. then lost a bit going side ways at the top of east brae.

It was certainly your handicap that week-end. What is your best 64 foot time at Doune in the Predator?

the 64 is ok, but that is just the jump, most cars hook up there, if i let mine do that i`m off cam, a lower start gear would help a lot, means i could drop the clutch with a lot less rpm and hook it up a lot quicker. I`m pleased with the rest of the car now, seem to have a good base set up to work with, its prob about 80-90 % of what it could be, but I`m getting 100% feel from the chassis so seem to have the car in a good comfort zone. if i could just get it to stay together..............

Just turned on the F1 practice coverage and the first shot was a comparison of two cars lines through a corner using superimposed images. Looked quite good.
Edit: If anyone wants a look it is used on this video at 1:15.09 (also 1.08.59) Last edited by Dad's Lad; 24-04-09 at 16:12. |
