Hill record of 34.16s is Adam's from 25th July 2004. Trevor's BTD on Sunday was 34.57s.

Wiscombe Director Geoff Pickett told me that the Woolbridge Club are considering a resurface this winter.

To recieve a signal, a comms satellite about 29,000 miles above you.
Its a VSAT for broadband via satellite running on Hellas satellite with its down link in Germany. Plug your PC into it and off you go, David. You might baulk at the running costs though.

Not available from TalkTalk or Sky even if you move all your phones over to them as well.
Running costs depend on bandwidth, up and down link speed required. Bear in mind we can uplink as fast as 2 meg if required, compared to average UK upload speeds of 256k.
About £6k a year on full clag.

Time for Delboy to get an entry in somewhere.

Wallace Ming the Merciless is now tied on 42 with Delboy and Eynon is on 37 and Will on 34. All three are going to Belfast.

Wallace's car builder is watching this thread as I type this and he hasn't stopped smiling since Doune, even though the Lee and the Raptor took the Alford track record off Wallace the other weekend.

About £6k a year on full clag.
Plus the cost of transporting the 40ft container it's mounted on

Hasta

I really thought it would be more like that per month but just having a search there are some (relatively) cheap deals about.

Almost two thirds of the way though the season and the championship table seems to be taking shape. I really hope it stays close as I'd like the extra motivation to go back to Doune and for the final Loton to play a part.

Lee Adams is entered for Kames this coming week-end and has his sights set on Wallace's outright record there.

Unfortunately Wallace hasn't entered due to pressure of work.
