DTA shift light flashing

Hi

We had a problem with our shift light yesterday. Set up through a DTA S100 it's been working fine but it was constantly flashing on Tick over and whilst running. We are running a GSXR 1000cc.

Does anybody know why it was flashing and does the shift light act as any other function ?

cheers

You'll have triggered a warning of some sort. The shift light is also used as a warning light.
In the sensor scaling, you can set warning levels.

Just connect DTASwin, and you should see a red bar across the bottom with the warning showing.

Could be a temperature warning, air, coolant, etc etc.

Or maybe you were bouncing off the rev limiter ? lol
