Tyre inflator

Hi

After either a good mains powered car tyre inflator/compressor. Needs to be portable and not expensive. Or a battery powered model with same requirements.

Anybody use one here and can recommend a good one.

Thanks

I've got an airhawk, lithium battery powered, very nice bit of kit. From argos and amazon

You select the pressure, press the trigger, and it automatically turns off when the pressure is reached.

Is there enough juice for a weekend's race tyre inflation?

You could probably do the whole paddock with a single charge!

I inflated all four tyres on the beemer from 32 to 40psi, and it took minutes, and the pump never battered an eyelid.
I cant see you flattening a battery that quickly.

Looks like a good bit of kit. Tempted by one of those. Would save me lugging my Bike Track pump to each event.

Looks a great bit of kit, I think I'm going to get myself one £49.99 from Amazon.

Wouldn't that depend upon how badly you tyres leak?
Sould only need seconds of running for ajustments once the tyres are inflated at the start of the season.

Thanks Graham, have looked at those but I was very sceptical of the battery lasting etc. Looked at the Ryobi as as I already have batteries. Might go for the Hawk though thanks mate
