BARC Gurston regs and entry forms now available

BARC have now posted the regulations and entry forms for their 22/23 July Formula Ford Fest. The good news is that, for the Pre 1994 class, either an A or a B grade licence can be used and they have waived the necessity to be a BARC member or Midland Hillclimb Championship contender.

Borough 19 Motor Club have not yet posted their regulations and entry form for the Snetterton meetings on13 and 14 May, but we understand that they are likely to do so around the end of March. Again, there are no special qualification requirements for Pre 1994 FF class drivers, beyond membership of an MSA recognised club.

JMLBrown will become famous soon enough
The Pre-94 Formula Ford series began at Snetterton today with a victory for Iain Houston in his Van Diemen RF89 by just 2/100ths of a second from Geoff Ward is his Swift SC93F while third was Charlie Reilly in his Van Diemen RF92. 10 cars began practice but the unfortunate Keith Sollis damaged his car against a concrete block in the ground when he ran off at the hairpin. Next round is tomorrow at Snetterton.
