On my Kwaka, I have fitted a 1.6 bar rad cap and then the overflow feeds into a little plastic overflow bottle. If the bottle is needed, when the engine cools down, it sucks the water back in. Like item 332528631947 on a popular auction site.

For oil overflow I use a 2-stroke mixing bottle from B&Q. 1L in capacity and has a site tube too. If it fills, there is something wrong.

On my GSX R1000 K4 I have converted the swirl pot to be just a header tank which works better than using it as a swirl pot.
I found that as a swirl pot it had a habit of dragging air into the water rather than excluding it.
I use a Fiat Seicento (sorry if thats spelt rong) rad which has a pipe connection just above the bottom hose which I have connected into the bottom of the header tank.
The small vent pipe on the thermostat housing connects into the header air space.
This arrangement makes the cooling system work really well.

My engine breather connects into the air filter box (std suzi arrangement) hence no oil catch tank required. Works fine even with the raised oil level.
