LD200 to Duratec

I've planned to fabricate an adaptor plate to sandwich between my existing common hewland to Ford bellhousing and my new duratec however i would like to know if anyone supplies an off the shelf adaptor or complete bellhousing as I can't find any info online but also can't believe that one doesn't exist.

Any help appreciated before I start.

Cheers
