Dallara 94-97 clutch slave replacement info needed

Hi
Anyone replaced the clutch slave from a 94-97 Dallara for an alternative type?
Any info would be much appreciated.

Cheers Simon

We replaced ours with a SAAB cylinder, as per the newer Dallara's. Just needs an adapter making to fit the original clutch tower, and the nose turning down to fit original release bearing.

No Imagination will become famous soon enough
On an F399 I use one of these - http://www.burtonpower.com/hydraulic...nose-apc5.html with an appropriate bearing. As Mark says you have to make appropriate alterations to the mounting 'tower'.

SAAB Part and make the tower yourself.

Hi
When I built my 99/00 car some parts were missing. I used the standard SAAB release part as specced by Dallara but then measured back from the bell housing mounting face and turned a simple aluminum "tower" to create the mount in the right place. TKD assisted and made the final part for me. Would be worth giving him a call to discuss, he may have a sketch which would be a suitable starting point. Piers
